Consultation with a plastic surgeon: Your plastic surgeon and an aesthetic consultant will be with you during the fat grafting procedure. During your initial consultation, you will discuss the expected results of the surgery as well as whether it is worthwhile to combine it with any other face rejuvenation technique.
During the procedure: The fat grafting will be performed under local anesthetic in an exclusive setting, at our private clinic in Buda. When performing fat grafting, which is the transfer of autologous fat, our plastic surgeon will remove the fat cells as gently as possible, as smaller, undamaged fat cells are essential for the best results. Following the preparations, your plastic surgeon will inject the fat into the area to be repaired, and then distribute the filled fat on your face with a gentle massage.
After fat grafting, it is critical to avoid vigorous gesticulation, washing, and massaging of the treated area for a few days. Depending on the treatment location, 20 to 80 percent of the fat cells are absorbed. If necessary, this dose can be modified within a few weeks of treatment.
