Consultation with a plastic surgeon: Your plastic surgeon and an aesthetic consultant will be available to you throughout the rhinoplasty procedure. During your initial appointment, you will discuss the expected outcomes of the surgery, as well as whether the functional correction was required or merely aesthetic intervention was in scope.

Surgical procedure: Examinations prior to surgery are performed on-site; your cosmetic consultant will assist you in organizing appointments and preparing for surgery. The procedure, which will last no more than 1 to 2 hours and will be performed under general anesthesia, will take place in our private clinic in Buda.
Your plastic surgeon may conduct nose surgery using either a closed or open surgical approach. A closed technique nose surgery is one that does not include any exterior incisions. This procedure is most commonly used for the first nose job. Open surgery is typically performed to repair a nose that has been operated on multiple times (secondary nose surgery). If the condition also includes nasal septum deviation, we do a rhinoplasty with septoplasty in collaboration with an otorhinolaryngologist. Right after the nose surgery, your plastic surgeon will apply a plaster splint to the nose and insert a tampon into the nasal aperture. You will be required to stay one night in the hospital following rhinoplasty.
Our patients spend the night following surgery in a luxurious setting, in air-conditioned rooms with bathrooms. You can feel entirely relaxed and protected here because your plastic surgeon, consultant, and our skilled staff will be with you the entire time.

Following rhinoplasty, your doctor will repair the nose with plaster or by sticking if the tip of the nose was fixed. You will be required to wear the plaster splint on your nose for 1 to 2 weeks. Everyday activity is encouraged, however for one week after the nose surgery, leaning forward and blowing your nose are not permitted, and you must refrain from strenuous exertion in the following weeks. You can return to work one week following surgery.
